You have the right to return your purchase within 30 days of receiving the product.
Returns are subject to our policy:
You will need to include your packing slip inside the package when returning the product to us. Any product returned without a packing slip will not be accepted.
All items must be returned in the original packaging.
Items must be returned unworn and in perfect condition. Any returns that are damaged, soiled or without the original labels will not be accepted and may be sent back to you.
To return a product, simply follow these few simple steps:
– Write to us at [email protected] and request a refund. We provide the address for returns.
– The customer is responsible for the return label. The customer is responsible for all shipping and handling costs for the returned product unless otherwise stated.
– Check the integrity of the packaging (we will accept returns of the Product in new condition).
– Receive a 100% refund within 5-7 business days via the payment method selected at checkout.
Refunds
Once the independent brand receives the returned product, elysejones will issue a refund to your original payment method, which may take 7-14 business days to process, especially during peak times.
After issuing a refund, please allow up to 7 days for the refund to appear in your account or statement.
You will receive a confirmation email once your return request has been accepted and your refund has been processed.
Original payment method: Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.
We do not offer exchanges.
Return shipping costs
The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.
We are not responsible for items damaged or lost during return shipping.
Cancellation (Order Cancellation)
Orders are typically processed within 24 hours of receipt. Therefore, you have 24 hours to change your mind. However, if your order has already been processed, we are unfortunately unable to process the request.
Faulty Items
If the item is faulty when you receive it, please notify us within 24 hours of receipt, including pictures and description of the fault. You can contact us here.
We will arrange a free return for a refund or replacement at no additional cost to you.
