Order processing

Order Cut-Off Time: 6PM (Eastern Standard Time) Monday to Friday.

Order processing time: All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. A confirmation email with tracking information will be sent once your order has shipped.

If we receive a large number of orders, delivery may be delayed by several days. Please allow additional delivery days. If there is a significant delay in delivering your order, we will contact you via email.

Confirm & Track orders

You will receive a Delivery Confirmation email once your order has shipped, including the tracking number.

Delivery time

Estimated delivery time is within 7-20 business days. Deliveries will be made Monday through Friday (excluding holidays). Please ensure that someone is present at the delivery address to receive the goods during this time.

Due to some objective reasons such as bad weather, orders may be delayed for a few days. We will notify via email.

Require signature

To ensure the security of your order, you must sign upon receipt. We do not offer the option of leaving orders unsigned or unattended.

Late delivery, damage or loss during transportation

If goods are lost or damaged during transit, we will do everything we can to assist you.

If the parcel is delayed due to force majeure, please contact us.

Return the parcel to the sender

If the parcel is returned to the seller due to the buyer’s error, such as an invalid address or the buyer did not receive the parcel in time, the buyer will be responsible for paying additional costs for the returned parcel again.
